On behalf of the subcommittee of the FHU Education Initiative focusing on discerning the needs and interests of parents (and grandparents) of school-age children, please complete a preliminary survey as part of our information gathering to assist us in decision-making.  

The information from the survey will be collected by Lee Movenzadeh, who has also been working with a homeschooling coop in the Triangle Area of North Carolina.   This will serve as a starting point for how we can collect info from parents who may be interested in participating in program development or in accessing the resources we may be offering in the near future,
